Second Grade Classes Explore Sound
Through various experiements, the second grade students discovered how vibrations make sound and how our ears process the sound waves. Using technology in a music class, the students were able to visualize their own sound waves. As a project for science class, students invented their own musical instruments and played them during a music lesson which focused on rhythm.

Attendance Dog Returns
The Attendance Dog distributed certificates and pencils to the students who had perfect attendance for the month of October. Perfect attendance means that the child was in school all day, every day.

Ice Cream Reward Sessions
Elementary school students who made good choices during the first quarter of school were rewarded with an ice cream sundae on Friday, November 14. Thank you to the parent volunteers who helped to serve and clean up after the children.
