SC FFA Parli Team Places by Joe Pennell, FFA Reporter SC FFA Parli Team On November 12, 2007, our Parliamentary Procedure team, consisting of officers Frank Gannett President, Emily Krikke Vice President, Abby Hord secretary, Bob Gannett Treasurer, Josh Kirk Sentinel, Joe Pennell Reporter, Cody Stillion Student Adviser, and Kevin Poth as Parlimentarian, along with team members Lance Issac and Sam Kennard, and Phillip Schaffer, placed 5th in county at Willard High School.
