SC FFA Attends Leadership Night

SC FFA members attending Leadership Night

On November 15, 2007, fourteen South Central FFA members attended a leadership night that was hosted by the Upper Sandusky FFA Chapter, and run by the State FFA Officer Team. The members in attendance were Cory Isaac, Robert Gannett, Lance Isaac, Joe Pennell, Cody Stillion, Frank Gannett, Mandy Duren, Dustin York, Adam Oney, Sam Kennard, Chris Morgan, Kevin Poth, Garrett Verburg and Austin Boudinot.

The theme of the night was Definition of Leadership. Students worked in groups with others, set individual goals and overall just had a good time. The Leadership Nights are designed to give students the tools they need to develop "Premier Leadership, Personal Growth and Career Success" (also known as the FFA mission statement). They had to come up with what they thought were qualities of good leaders.
