Seniors & Parents/Guardians:

We are proud to announce that the Huron County Health District approved our Graduation Plan!!  We will be conducting two phases for Graduation 2020…

  1. The school will visit the home of every senior and conduct a photograph outside simulating the presentation of the diploma.  The photograph will include the superintendent and high school principal as well as the student being presented their diploma jacket by a designated person of their household.

  2. On May 24 (Graduation Day), seniors will be limited to one standard vehicle and will circle, and park along, the football stadium track at 2:00 pm.  The Superintendent, HS Principal, and board of education members will be center field.  The HS principal will introduce each graduate via the loudspeaker.  The graduate will exit his/her vehicle and walk to center field (alone).  The superintendent will issue the graduate his/her diploma.  At the conclusion, the HS Principal will invite the Class President to exit his vehicle and stand by it to “turn the tassel;”  graduates will turn their tassels in their car, and then the vehicles will exit the stadium and the school premises.

We are so excited to be able to celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2020...even in a slightly altered state.  Fortunately, all graduates and their families will be together to witness these students’ accomplishments.  The virtual video is expected to also be published via Facebook and our district website ( on May 24 at 2:00 pm.

Congratulations to all our 2020 Graduates!  We are so proud!!
