Attention Seniors and Senior Parents,
This is a very important reminder regarding a immunization requirements for seniors. A meningitis vaccination is required for entry into the 12th grade as mandated by the Ohio Revised Code 3313.671.
The State of Ohio further mandates that students not in compliance be excluded from school after 14 days. This means South Central students not in compliance would not be permitted to return to school on Tuesday, September 11th.
Please be sure to have the doctor’s office or the Huron County Public Health office complete the necessary form after vaccinating your senior. The form is attached below for your convenience but can also be found on the high school webpage under the “documents” tab.
