South Central Elementary School

A special thank you to Nurse Kathy for her lesson on how to wash your hands properly with second grade.  The students had “germs” placed on their hands and looked at them under the ultraviolet light.  They then washed their hands and placed them under the light again.  Students were shocked to see how many “germs” were still on their hands.  Make sure your hands are clean by scrubbing them for twenty seconds, or humming the Happy Birthday song twice.
