South Central Local Schools will again use FinalForms, an online forms and data management service for the upcoming school year. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign informational and athletic participation forms for your students. Each year these forms will need to be updated and signed by parents and students. The great news is that FinalForms saves data from season to season and year to year, so you will never need to enter the same information twice! You will need to login, look it over and make changes if needed and sign and submit. You can access your account after June 14, 2021, as info and signatures will be reset for the 2021-2022 school years. You can access FinalForms at:https://south-central-oh.finalforms.com. If you require a password reset please contact the board of education office at 419-752-3815 ext. 11225. Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our paperwork processes at South Central. We are also streamlining our Free & Reduced Lunch application process. You will be directed to a link this year, www.payschoolscentral.com, to fill out the Free & Reduced Lunch application. The link can be found in your child’s forms under Free & Reduced Meals. All printable forms this year have been made into fill and download and email or print forms.
