Welcome Back to another great year! We are so excited to have your student with us and look forward to working with you to make their education here at SCMS the best it can be. Every Friday I send out “Friday Notes” via an email blast. I also post them on the website. Below you will find other ways to stay connected to your child and their teachers as we journey through 2025-26 school year together. Thanks for all you do!

Saturday, August 23: Cross Country at Seneca East
Sunday, August 24: 5/6 grade volleyball play at home.
Monday, August 25: Volleyball at home against Western Reserve. Start time is 5:00.
Tuesday, August 26: Volleyball at home v. Briar. Cross County at Plymouth. Start time is 5:00.
Thursday, August 28: Volleyball at St. Paul. Start time is 5:00.
NO SCHOOL: Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day.
September 2-5: 5th grade trip to camp Nuhop.
I am looking for motivated Students that would like to be a part of the Principal’s Leadership Team (PLT). Interested students can pick up an application in the office. These are due by September 5th.
Remember to access Progressbook to check your student’s grades and if they have any missing assignments. Football and volleyball eligibility is checked weekly.
Proof of 7th grade immunizations- due September 10th.
