Recently students received their report cards. We had many students excel the first grading period. 149 students made Honor Roll (Distinction and Merit) for the first nine weeks. The students received a Merit or Distinction wrapped candy bar for their success in the classroom. Great job and keep up the good work to all the students honored. Thanks for All You do!

Academic Challenge Competition Week: 5th grade 11/10; 6th grade 11/11; and 7th grade 11/12
Make sure you are signing up for Parent Teacher Conferences. Many Teachers are offering early (before work) and late (after work) times. We would love to have you come in. Conferences are scheduled for Monday, November 24th and Tuesday the 25th from 8:30-6:00.
November 11: Dental Van; Happy Veterans Day (wear your red, white and blue).
November 14: DARE Graduation for 6th graders; Jr. High Dance Ticket reservations for 6-8 graders can be made in the school library with Mrs. Wallace for $6. The dance will be from 6-8 PM. Tickets at the door are $8.

Remember to access Progressbook to check your student’s grades and if they have any missing assignments. Basketball and wrestling eligibility is checked weekly.
Tutoring will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-3:30 and there is transportation available to those who need it. Students need a permission slip filled out in order to stay.
