Remember there will be a FAFSA info night on Wed, Nov 1 at 5 PM. Even if your student does not plan to use federal student loans, completing FAFSA is still a good idea as some grants can be awarded through the FAFSA filing system.
Tickets for tonight’s, 10/24, District Semi-Finals at Willard HS can be purchased online at www.ohsaa.org/tickets for a discounted price or purchased at the door for $10. Start time is 7:15 p.m. We hope to see you there. Go Trojans!!!

S.C. Families: Reminder that tonight 10/6 is the Senior Night for Football, Cheerleading, and Marching Band before the game. Parents/escorts should be present by 6:10 pm. Announcements will begin at 6:20 pm.
FAFSA Information Night for Seniors and their parents and guardians will be held on Wednesday Nov 1, 2023 at 5 pm. This is the first night of Parent Teacher Conferences. We hope to see you there.
All 9th grade students can attend the FutureMakers event on Oct 3. We will leave South Central at 8 am and return by 10:30 am. The event brings over 30 area companies to educate the students about a variety of careers. Permission slips are to be returned to Mrs. Baker.
The SC 2023 yearbooks are in! You can purchase yearbooks by sending cash or a check to Mrs. Wallace at the K-8 or Mrs. Seidel at the HS. You can also purchase online at https://www.payschoolsevents.com/events/details/26583
High school books are $40. K-8 books are $20. Purchase both for $50.
Attention S.C.H.S. Families: Volleyball Update: The South Central JV2 girls volleyball game for tonight has been canceled and a make-up date has not been scheduled at this time.
The S.C.H.S. Marching Band will appear on Fox 8 Kickin' It with Kenny This Friday, September 15 from 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. on channel 8. This is there 2nd appearance as a joint performance with the Willard High School Band. We hope you tune in and support the Trojans! Go. S.C.

Friendly Reminder, Tomorrow, Tuesday, September 5th is Picture Day for South Central High School. All students are required to be photographed regardless of intent to purchase so our student information system can be up to date with current photos. Students on modified schedules are expected to report no later than 8:15 a.m. as well.

"Meet the Team" Night for the 2023 7-12 Fall Sports teams will be Wednesday, August 16th at 7 pm at the Stadium. Please join us to kick off the fall sports seasons as we recognize our Jr. High and High School Fall Sports athletes and wish them the best of luck this season.
There will be a mandatory OHSAA Parent Meeting for all parents who have a student playing a fall sport in grades 7 thru 12 on Tuesday, August 1 at 7:00pm in the high school gymnasium. Please plan to attend if your son or daughter is planning to participate in Football, Volleyball, or Cheerleading this fall sports season. Student/athletes are welcome to attend as well.
